1. Current use of cookies and local storage
Valdeni currently uses cookies and similar device storage that are needed to provide the service a member requests. This includes authentication, session security, fraud prevention, checkout continuity, load balancing, interface preferences and other essential first-party functions.
The current application does not enable optional third-party analytics cookies, cross-site advertising cookies or advertising pixels.
2. Strictly necessary storage
Strictly necessary storage does not require consent where it is essential to transmit a communication or provide an online service requested by the user. We still explain its purpose and limit it to what is reasonably necessary.
- Authentication and session continuity.
- Security, rate limiting and fraud controls.
- Checkout, Collection and transaction state requested by the user.
- Remembering a privacy or interface preference.
- Technical routing and availability.
3. Optional technologies
If Valdeni introduces a non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technology, it will not be activated before the user has received clear information and made an appropriate positive choice.
Rejecting optional storage must be as straightforward as accepting it. Withdrawing consent will not affect earlier lawful processing, but can limit a feature that genuinely depends on that optional technology.
4. Your controls
The Cookie Preferences page shows the controls currently available in the application. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser, but blocking essential storage can sign you out or prevent checkout and security features from working.
This policy covers cookies and other technologies that store information on or access information from a device, including local storage and similar identifiers.
