1. Delivery scope

Valdeni currently supports dispatch from and delivery to addresses in Great Britain. An address must pass the postcode and country checks used by the shipping flow.

Shipping is provided through Parcel2Go and the carrier or service selected for the order. The carrier, not Valdeni, physically transports the parcel. Valdeni coordinates rates, labels, tracking and support information.

2. Quotes and delivery price

Before payment, checkout shows an eligible tracked service and the full delivery price for each parcel. The service is checked against the parcel size, weight and available compensation.

The buyer-paid delivery price contains the provider cost plus £0.40 per actual outbound parcel. This amount is included in the total shown before payment.

A seller's default courier is a starting preference for new listings. The listing, quote and booked service remain the transaction authority.

3. Combined parcels

Pieces from one seller may share a parcel if the combined dimensions and weight fit an eligible parcel class and service. Different sellers dispatch separately.

Where the selected pieces require more than one parcel, checkout shows the parcel plan and charges each actual parcel. A bundle price does not imply one parcel.

4. Seller dispatch

The seller must keep a valid private dispatch address, use the label and service booked for the order, package the item safely, and hand it to the carrier by the ship-by date.

Valdeni's standard dispatch target is 5 business days after payment. A business seller also remains responsible for any statutory delivery deadline; consumer contracts generally require delivery within 30 days unless another time is agreed.

Failure to dispatch can lead to cancellation, refund, selling restrictions or a support review. Existing paid orders remain the seller's responsibility.

5. Tracking and delivery

Tracking events are supplied by the carrier or an authorised shipping provider. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless the seller has expressly agreed a guaranteed service.

Tell support promptly about a missing, damaged, incorrectly delivered or stalled parcel. Valdeni can ask for photographs, packaging evidence, tracking information or confirmation from the carrier.

A carrier claim is separate from the buyer's rights against a business seller and from any Buyer Protection decision.

6. Return postage

Return postage is normally arranged by the buyer through the return flow. Who ultimately bears the cost depends on the reason, seller capacity, agreed resolution and applicable law.

Use tracked postage and the destination shown in the live return. Keep proof of posting until the return and refund are complete.
